Jordan Jerore, Director of Development, is involved with pre-construction activities, including but not limited to project conceptualization, planning and permitting, market and financial analysis, financing, retail leasing, and partners with design and construction teams to successfully develop/re-develop real estate.

Jordan joins Boji Group with a diverse background in commercial real estate and construction, having worked as a broker, in-house with retailer Pet Supplies Plus, and as a preferred developer for Fortune 500 companies including CVS Health and Chase Bank. Her unique skillset will assist in continuing the mission of Boji Group in providing expert solutions to challenging development opportunities through various Private-Public Partnerships (PPP’s).

Jordan joined the real estate industry in 2012 while pursuing a degree in Architecture at University of Detroit Mercy. She is recognized as a Real Estate Salesperson for the State of Michigan, is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is OSHA certified.

Outside of Boji Group, Jordan is a motorcycle enthusiast and is a certified RiderCoach by the State of Michigan and Harley-Davidson to teach beginner learn-to-ride and advanced classes.
