Janna Roberts, Director of People Services for Boji Group, plays many roles in our day to day operations. She leads operations, human resources, IT, marketing/social media and assists the executive team directly. Janna has grown in her role and has taken on a lot of additional responsibilities in her last 7 years with Boji Group.

Prior to joining Boji Group, Janna brought several years of experience in employee development, sales management and administrative roles. Janna graduated form Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science. Janna strives to build great work place culture and support to employees.

Outside of work Janna enjoys time with her husband and two kids, working out, cooking and loves to do things outdoor such as camping, jeeping and hiking.
