370 Brown will be a new mixed-use development building in downtown Birmingham that will include 22 residential units, office space anchored by JPMorgan Chase, and an active rooftop.
The modern four-story structure, totaling 135,000 square feet, will include a first-level landscaped interior courtyard with a water feature. The pedestrian courtyard, with benches and other amenities, will help bring daylight into the building.

JPMorgan Chase will occupy the entire office space on The ground level and second floor, totaling more than 42,000 square feet. They will be consolidating their two local offices, offering management services and commercial banking.
Available for lease, Luxury residential units are located on the third and fourth levels, The living spaces will mostly consist of two- and three-bedroom units. Terraces, balconies, and views of Downtown Birmingham come standard. An active rooftop with a water feature, private cabanas, a large pergola with a line of fire, TV, grills and ample seating provide one of the most exclusive amenities in the City.
The project also includes secure underground level for parking, and concierge services for the residents
Project completion is anticipated for spring 2026.
Adjacent to the 370 Brown Development Restoration Hardware’s (RH) first modern flagship prototype is under construction, located at the southwest corner of S. Old Woodward and Brown Street. The four-story, 67,000-square-foot structure will house three levels of retail and gallery space for RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), a rooftop restaurant, a terrace, and underground parking. It is expected open in November 2025.
