Kenneth Lamontagne, Director of Construction, is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with more than 37 years of proven experience and development of his strengths in construction and development. He demonstrates a proven ability to develop company initiatives throughout an entire chain to lower expenses and increase efficiency. Mr. Lamontagne has a strong background in coordinating and managing all aspects of construction and facility maintenance and ensuring on-time completion of all projects to help contribute to the overall growth of a business.
Mr. Lamontagne brings his extensive construction management experience to Boji Group, by leading the construction team. Enforcing policy and procedure, urgently addressing clients’ concerns, having a proactive approach, and following up have all contributed to Mr. Lamontagne’s exceptional ability to cultivate positive, productive partnerships and rapport with clients, staff, and colleagues. He utilizes his knowledge of construction and facilities, managing financials to create cost-saving operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining The Boji Group Mr. Lamontagne managed several different large construction projects and facility programs including the Detroit Public School facilities, with maximum emphasis placed on providing a positive response to the concerns and needs of the client, and occupants, in coordination and conjunction with the owner’s goals and objectives. Additionally, he managed a 125 million square foot retail portfolio, targeting specific areas to improve operational efficiency. He is a member of Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Southeast Michigan Building Officials, Professional Real Estate Store Maintenance Association and is OSHA and Lead Renovator certified.
