The Louie, formerly known as The Farnum Building, was awarded to Boji Group after a competitive/open bid process. Boji Group bid $2 million more than the closest bid. The development was built on spec, updated with the latest design and technology for tenants. Historical tax credits were pursued for the project, as well as other incentives, so the completed project complements the look of the existing building.

Boji Group renamed the building after Louie Boji, founder and chairman of Boji Group. The building’s lobby has artwork and a 24 by 9 foot mural reflecting the impact Louie has had on his family, friends, colleagues and the community.
