Boji Group, LLC is a progressive real estate development, property management and construction management firm that provides services for more than 2.3 million square feet of state-of-the-art commercial space.

Headquartered in downtown Lansing, Michigan’s Capitol, Boji Group is family-owned by father and son team, Louie and Ron Boji. Over the past 25 years, the Boji’s have dedicated themselves to making their company an area leader in the advancement of sustainable building developments and operating practices. This mindset has been met with success, as the Boji’s values and dedication have contributed greatly to their growth.

The purchase of a Lansing landmark, the Michigan National Tower, renamed Boji Tower, was only just the beginning. Boji Tower’s status as the highest point in the capitol city’s skyline is a symbol of the company’s historical success and future growth.

Boji Group is represented by a seasoned, high caliber leadership team, with more than 25 years of real estate experience; creating a guarantee that each project’s needs are exceeded. Boji Group specializes in creating innovative solutions to challenging development opportunities and creating Private-Public Partnerships (PPPs) to achieve project goals. The work the organization does has been the essential component to many area developments, bridging the gap to create partnerships in both private and public sectors. Boji’s goals, in part, have been to develop a variety of partnerships involving public organizations, but the company is no stranger to the private sector. A portfolio says a lot about a business, with 30 percent of its portfolio comprised of state and local government groups, it goes without saying that the Boji Group team are experts in this area of industry.

Boji Group is the leader in forming PPPs and has successfully married groups from a variety of backgrounds, including state and local government and higher education. Many of its projects include multiple public partners working together to achieve a public facility need. PPPs have a proven track record for success. At Boji Group, their team of experts understand the importance of creating strong partnerships that enable them to achieve what couldn’t be done alone. PPPs are not to be confused with privatization, as the public sector remains in control of decision making throughout the project.
