“The Louie” Announcement – Farnum Building Development Updates
Boji Group is proud to announce updates on the Farnum project in Downtown Lansing:
- The building will be renamed “The Louie” in honor of Boji Group co-founder and chairman Louie Boji.
- Last night, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation approved a tax incentive program for the project.
- We’re proud to announce Dickinson Wright will occupy two floors of the building.
- We’ve worked closely with City of Lansing, Michigan, LEAP and the Lansing City Council to gain approval on a brownfield plan earlier this month.
Springhill Suites on Trowbridge Road celebrates its grand opening
Boji Group had a wonderful evening celebrating the ribbon cutting at SpringHill Suites East Lansing University Area! Boji Group worked on the project as developer and construction management group.
