• 41,000 square foot office building in Flint, Michigan for the Department of Health and Human Services
• Boji Group worked in collaboration with the state of Michigan and the city of Flint on this private-public partnership
• Boji Group was awarded an NSP grant for acquisition and demolition of a blighted and obsolete shopping center that had been vacant for 15 years

Boji Group stepped in and modified an empty retail store so it could serve as a temporary facility while the new building was under construction.
