Royal Oak Central Park Development
Boji Group is the developer and majority owner of Central Park Development Group, LLC, who finalized the terms of a development agreement with the City of Royal Oak in August 2017 to complete a $110 million public-private-partnership
The project includes a new city hall, police station, parking deck, central park and a privately owned 6-story, 140,000 square-foot office building, with first floor restaurant/retail, that is being constructed on spec, and is named, “The ROCC” (Royal Oak City Center).
Boji Group has led all development efforts, secured financing and worked collaboratively with the City elected leadership, various commissions and staff to ensure a robust public outreach effort to inform residents and business owners
The innovative PPP project will transform the City of Royal Oak into a place to live, work and play, and Boji Group is proud to have played such a key role in moving the project over the goal line.
