Located in the heart of downtown Birmingham, on the corner of N. Old Woodward and W. Maple Road, Boji Group is restoring the two-story historic building, previously Panera. The building will be the new headquarters of Boji Group and contemporary design retailer CB2, a Crate and Barrel company, who will occupy 7,500 square-feet on the ground floor.

Boji Group will move into the 7,500 square-foot office space on the second floor in January 2023 with the other tenants following shortly after.  The whole building totals a $17.5 million investment.
