Detroit 7 Mile DHHS + DWIHN

The regional, transformative integrated behavioral health campus on Seven Mile Road in Detroit, which will house the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and retail space. This project will provide underserved populations access to essential health-related resources and world-class healthcare. Doors have opened to its Department of Health and Human Services in late 2022. The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network facility was spearheaded by a $60 million grant and opening its doors in 2024.

Boji Group, with a focus on healthcare, has donated land to support the project and will be developer.

The campus is located on 7 Mile Road, two blocks west of Southfield freeway, allowing access to major roads and freeways to conveniently serve residents and vulnerable populations of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.
