Sonya Frost, Director of Operations, leads property management and asset management services.  Since joining Boji Group more than 16 years ago, Sonya has played an integral role in supporting the growth of the company.  Her extensive background is applied toward maximizing company resources, cultivating a strong management team, and providing exemplary tenant support.  Sonya embraces the ability to facilitate positive customer experiences while achieving operational efficiency on behalf of the company.  This balance is evidenced in all aspects of operational management, from onboarding new property acquisitions to negotiating leases, overseeing facilities services and controlling budgets. Sonya believes whole-heartedly in the “family” culture of Boji Group.  She strives to integrate this ideology into day-to-day business operations.  This leadership approach has proven an invaluable asset to our organization. Outside of Boji Group, Sonya is a proud member of Building Owners and Managers Association.  Realizing the importance of keeping up with ever-changing technological advancements, Sonya pursues continuing education on industry-focused technology through online course training and annual seminar attendance.  A strong advocate of community support, Sonya actively volunteers through Boji Cares, a philanthropic initiative founded by Boji Group. Originally from Central Florida, Sonya relocated to Michigan in 2005.  Although she misses her extended family and winter sunshine, Michigan will always be her home.  Outside of work, Sonya most values time spent with family.  She enjoys off-road Jeep adventures and travelling with her husband.
