Chad Gans, Director of Acquisitions, is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities across office, retail, multi-family, and development projects. He works closely with brokers, property owners, and capital partners to source transactions that align with Boji Group’s strategic vision and growth objectives.

Chad brings 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, most recently serving as Director of Land Acquisitions for Sunrise Land Group, the exclusive developer for Sun Communities (NYSE: SUI). In this role, he managed the full acquisition process for large-scale residential communities nationwide. Prior to that, Chad was Director of Acquisitions at CA Ventures in Chicago, where he focused on national student housing development.

Chad is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder and currently resides in Beverly Hills, Michigan with his wife Randell, their son Gibson, and their dog Winston. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and is an avid Detroit Red Wings fan.
