MapleBates, former Linda Dresner building, is located on the corner of W. Maple Road and S. Bates Street in downtown Birmingham, MI. The building offers luxury retail space featuring 7,945 square feet of retail and office space spread between two stories.

The 7,945 square-foot building houses California-based furniture store Serena & Lily. The project, a $3.2 million investment, opened to the public this Q4 2022.
