JPMorgan Chase will occupy the ground and second floors, totaling more than 42,000 square feet of office space. The new location will provide wealth management services and commercial banking operations.
The office space is expected to be completed in early 2027.

Available for lease, The Residences at 370 Brown feature 22 luxury residences located on the third and fourth floors. The residences offer two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with terraces, balconies, and views of downtown Birmingham.

A Connected Downtown Destination
370 Brown is located adjacent to RH’s first modern flagship prototype, currently under construction at the southwest corner of S. Old Woodward Avenue and Brown Street. The four-story, 67,000-square-foot building will feature three levels of retail and gallery space for RH, a rooftop restaurant and terrace, and underground parking.
Saroki Architecture of Birmingham is the architectural firm behind both buildings. Victor Saroki, founder and president of Saroki Architecture, says the 370 Brown project was designed to reflect and enhance the surrounding buildings, creating a cohesive and connected city block.
