370 Brown will be a new mixed-use development building in downtown Birmingham that will include 22 residential units, office space anchored by JPMorgan Chase, and an active rooftop.

The modern four-story structure, totaling 135,000 square feet, will include a first-level landscaped interior courtyard with a water feature. The pedestrian courtyard, with benches and other amenities, will help bring daylight into the building.

JPMorgan Chase will occupy the entire office space on The ground level and second floor, totaling more than 42,000 square feet. They will be consolidating their two local offices, offering  management services and commercial banking.

Available for lease, Luxury residential units are located on the third and fourth levels, The living spaces will mostly consist of two- and three-bedroom units.
